Kritters Craft is an Arts/Craft Entertainment company for Kids and Adult started by wife, mother, engineer and arts/craft teacher, Tiffany Alcide. We are made up of employees who have a passion for crafting and a love of kids.
Having mothers on staff has allowed Kritters Craft to know first hand the difficulty of organizing events and finding inexpensive activities for their kids. The "crafty" owners thought about how great it would be to bring the event/activities/craft sessions to the customer instead of the customer trying to find a place to bring their kids. They wanted to present arts and craft in a manner that fostered education, excitement and challenges while developing social skills.
After surveying a number of mothers and event organizer, they were all in agreement that the major issue is the limitation on activities available for kids and also the affordability for such activities, especially in New York City. Driving and parking can present and obstacle for many parents with kids.
Surprisingly enough, many adults wish there were other ways to spice up parties and gatherings for themselves as well. Kritters Craft, though geared towards kids is also available for adult gatherings and parties as well.
